Great accessory for power washer
I had the chance to use this shielded floor scrubber tool today and thought others would like to hear about it.
![]() I thought a little eye candy might add to your viewing pleasure too. But this enclosed attachment for the end of the long wand takes most of the mess out of power washing your drive way, or especially your shop or deck. Very little spray gets out from under the cover onto surrounding walls, tool boxes etc in your shop etc Yet the cleaning going on under the cover is excellent. You could clean right to the edge of a deck without damaging nearby plants. Clean right up to low Windows or sliding glass doors, and only need to wipe the bottom foot or so. It's a great time saver in the right situation, so I thought I should share it. That is my nephews garage and GT3. We are over here to celebrate his retirement from the DEA. At age 50. His second retirement actually. First was from the Army and reserves. Some guys get a lot done in their early lives. Cheers Richard |

Yes, we need a link.
My son could use one of those.

I bought one a few years ago at Home Depot, about $75 if I remember correctly. Absolutely a great tool for the pressure washer. Sometimes you have to "hand prop" the rotating wand to get it started, but when it is working it basically floats along like a hovercraft.

It's just a head end for a machine.
Should be $15-$50. Whatever. If it works well...it is worth it. Looks like a good product, but I'd defer to those who have actually used it. |

I've had one for years. I just wish the extension was longer. I'm six foot one and I have to stoop to use it...
But here's some more eye candy to make up for my first-world complaint:

Thanks, Rich! I'll probably get one now.
Looks like a Ryobi - if so - here's the link to the Home Depot site: 15 in. 3300 PSI Surface Cleaner for Gas Pressure Washer $76.97

Yeah that looks like the one I was using Baz.
Talking with the nephew, he says they are offered by most of the big tool companies.. Good contribution there Herr, probably a little more challenging to get those to work for you tho. Cheers Richard |

This is timely. My hoa recently told me I needed to pressure wash my sidewalk and parkway. So I did, but it took far too long with the narrow effective angle from one of the standard attachments.
I will definitely be getting one of the attachments highlighted in the OP. I doubt there is a Corona girl edition.

Why? They are not that expensive and can be frequently used.

You might want to consider getting a wand extension to go with the cleaner. I remove the metal wand and put the longer one on and you no longer have to stoop.
I use it at least once per year. Every spring I clean the pool deck and I wash the driveway/sidewalk. You do have to follow up with a standard nozzle at the disc only releases the dirt.

What maybe once a year then it sits in the corner taking up space. I'll rent it.

Those will not require a wand extension...

I'll take the one on the left, so now they're all spoken for. I bought a pressure washer from Costco a few months ago. Had something like 3.2K or 3.5K lbs. of pressure @ 3 or 3.5 gal./min. and included something like four nozzles and that attachment w/ a Yamaha engine. Price was $250. I haven't used it yet but couldn't pass up the deal.
