Hmm, uploading .gifs doesn't seem to work.
 The upload box says "Images must be smaller than 5 megabytes". -One vid was 4.1mb. -The other was 1.7mb. -Neither transferred, using both file select and drag-n-drop. All java scripts were allowed. Another odd event: I uploaded a .gif from my desktop but the transfer shows it streaming from Imgur dotcom instead. Anyone have an explanation for what happened?

OK, first hold your tongue to the left. Don't even bother with the "Go Advanced" button.
See the little icon of the mountain with the yellow background second from the right icon. Click that and it will ask for the URL of the image. Paste in your image link there. I usually hit the go advanced button then to see a preview to see if the GIF links properly. If it plays , hit submit.
