When I was in college I tutored jocks at Ohlone Junior College in Fremont, which in those days had a very vibrant deaf curriculum. Eating lunch in the cafateria was a wonderful experience watching how incredible well they communicated and the amazing facial expressions.

The lawsuit will fail because PH is not discriminating, the the ADA (or ADAAA) does not apply to private websites. Private in this context means membership required, limited entry, or not owned/managed by a government entity or entity providing services to the public on the government's behalf.

At my work, we just went through a huge ordeal for our websites on ADA/ADAAA and new privacy regulations.

Side note, what was this guy expecting in terms of subtitles?
