Elissa Got Listed At Duke For Her Lungs
We got the call from our transplant coordinator last night that Elissa is now listed at Duke Medical center for a double lung transplant. From getting listed to getting the call is on average 10-14 days

That’s great! No doubt tough to go through that (surgery, recovery, etc.) but... big picture! Positive vibes all the way for a full and speedy recovery. And a “thank you” (posthumously) to whomever ends up being the donor for such a selfless act. Organ donors are unsung heroes!
