Your "safe place" answer to coronavirus and mountain lions just got missed!

Just saw this listing this morning- but ALAS- it has gone "off market"

A great place to avoid the zombie apocalypse.

An interesting read behind the lighthouse if you do some separate googling. Chesapeake bay HOA rules are a b#$% though. They made the owner seal up the crapper off the side of the deck. It is no longer functional. Also, during rough weather, there's no guarantee you can even jump from the boat to the ladder in rough surf.

Oh well....

I think it is absolutely gorgeous! The SC might find the environment corrosive though. The lines and texture on this lighthouse speak to me. So does the lead paint holding it together. I am simply in love.

Any estimates on restoration cost?

Beautiful 360 views, no neighbors and no lawn to mow. Unfortunately, no garage which is a deal breaker for me.

Or handy grocery store, liquor store, or restaurants.

Nah, the garage thing is fine. What's REALLY a deal breaker is that there's no fog horn. What's the fun of living someplace like that if you can't screw with the neighbors by blowing your fog horn every once in a while?

Old man waves cane:"hey you... get off my waterway!!!!!!"

Perhaps update the fresnel lense with some annoyingly bright HID LED thingee from a new car and use it to p@## off all the nearby boaters.

I see a lot of potential here!

How much to get a contractor out to work on that fixer upper?

Is it in cel range?

Is there a spot to mount some oerlikon guns?

What do I do with my dogs?

Alot.
Yes.
Yes.
