Buying American on Amazon
Mrs. Beard destroyed some of our cookware. Some of it was old hard to find Pyrex.
Anyway, I bought replacements on Amazon. And to my surprise...It was MADE IN THE USA! Really nice to know that somethings are still made here.

I wish they would put the country of origin in their listings. It would make it a lot easier to buy American made products.

I wonder how many "Made in America" products actually are not - is there any way to prove country of origin?

^^^ This. I recently bought some old-school design Autolite spark plugs for my 39K mile '49 Plymouth. Naively, I guess, I assumed they'd be domestic, not fcuking Chinese. _

some listings have them - e.g. I search on usa rawhide - I heard some of the Chinese chews were toxic to dogs
I have nothing against China, in fact I'd like to help them out against their govt. |
