Never mind Porsche gets slightly slammed to start with. And seems convertible... makes the car???---maybe I missed something. In any case, this just plain amusing. (Commentary on Lambo's "of old AC"... too eloquent!)

Karl, I'm in small town midwest America since early spring and I can tell you that it's as chill as can be...no bad vibes in northern Wisconsin other than the occasional A-hole that has nothing to do w current events, IMO.
Exotic cars and even Porsches are not common around here but you see them once in a while and no seems to really bat an eye, there is actually some crazy wealth tucked away up here. As for rolling up in a rusty old PU truck, (which some people definitely drive), a new $80k PU truck will not get a second look anywhere in rural America and they are as common as lawnmowers where I am. I don't have anything to add about Lambo Gallardos, (other than I like them), but I think that you could drive x-country in one without drawing a lot of negative attention. Plus the fact that you are just passing through, quickly if desired in that car. ![]() Probably get some cop attention out in the sticks but also in the city, if you're hooning at all.
