Do you use non-Apple EarPods? How do you like them?

I’ve been using wired Apple earbuds forever but they’re a hassle now due to the mask. I’ve seen the wireless Apple buds but I think they’ll fit loosely on me so might fall out. Which brand do you use and how to you like them?

I have the previous version of these.

They work well.

It looks like Anker makes a few models similar to the Apple stuff. Most of their stuff is good (although my experience is chargers and cables.

they also make some with a cable between the two.

Have gone through several set trying to find ones that stay in my ears and provide decent bass. My current favorites are by MPOW sold on Amazon. They stay put and sound really good for the price.

Shure in ear monitors. Have the 535 but want the 846. Wired or blue tooth are same ear monitors, different cord. Expensive but sound isolating and rewarding.

I use Samsung Galaxy Buds. I wear them exercising, while on my lawnmower, and while working.

I used Samsung Galaxy Buds and then Buds+

They fit well in the ear. The sound is very good, better with the plus. Wife loves the Buds.

The AirPods fit better in the ear than the wired buds. Can’t recommend them enough. With WFH environment, I use mine 6-8 hours per day.

I tried various versions. I ended up with a Bluetooth version of a neck band that is sweat proof and designed for joggers. The are noise cancelling and work great for when I am mowing the yard. The lawn equipment is virtually silent, and even the leaf blower is not loud.

The are just the in-ear style so my ears don't sweat like mad with ear muff style.

Never likes in ear ones, but got Airbuds for free so use them a lot. They fit different on everyone, mine can fall out at the right angle, but they work well. I have some Jaba ones I like better that have a wire and battery that go behind the neck. They are noise cancelling so they work better than the Apple ones.

To address a couple of the comments above, the AirPod Pros are noise cancelling you can turn on and off.

Coming from a pair of Powerbeats, the experience of AirPods is night and day better. Pop the pod in your ear and it automatically syncs. Take a pod out and your music will pause. Take them out and put them in the case when not and use and they are automatically charging for you.

Have any of you guys had issues w losing one or both of them? Or is that just a kid's problem?

And I know that it's spelled, "loosing" around here but I just can't.

Yes, I have non-Apple ear pods because I have a Samsung phone. I have the Soundcore Liberty Neo that seems to work well, though I haven’t run while wearing them, so not sure if they hold.

Other than a pairing issue once, it always connects. Lasts a while since I don’t use them straight for hours. I usually listen to podcasts in the afternoon for 30 mins then return them to the case.

I don’t prefer in-ear phones in general.

The Gen2 ones are the first ones, not so much

I was thinking those sounded familiar, but I didn't remember you being the person that raved about them. It was "spuggy" in the thread below.
Noise canceling headphones. Whoa!

It looks like the 535s are on a HUGE sale right now. Those are tempting, but I just can't justify them right now. I've got other expenditures coming up.

actually, "losing" is correct.

loss - lose - losing

loose (like baggy pants) - loosing is not a thing.
