Not sure what is worse , watching the Bears on offense or watching steel rust . Their offense is tough to watch .

Steelers will likely win and good luck to them.

However, they are playing a professional ball team with their backs up against it.

Strange things may happen.

Edit: But probably not. :D

Bad blood between the Bears and Saints.
Gotta hurt when you punch a face guard!

Here's a replay of the Nov 20 game this season. (if you haven't seen the fight)

Did someone forget to tell the Steelers to show up ? Two mistakes and Browns up 14-0 .

WPOZZZ 01-10-2021 05:42 PM

21-0. Who'd have thunk it?

Sooner or later 01-10-2021 05:53 PM

28?

Wow

Scott Douglas 01-10-2021 05:54 PM

I was hoping for a fun game to watch.
This is great!

Noah930 01-10-2021 06:19 PM

I've never seen a football game be over by the first play from the line of scrimmage, but this one just may be it.

rfuerst911sc 01-10-2021 06:49 PM

35-7 ......... Wow !

biosurfer1 01-10-2021 06:50 PM

WTF is going on with the Steelers...the Browns barely beat their C team last week and this week, dominating after not practicing for almost two weeks, missing their head coach and several players.

Crazy

cabmandone 01-10-2021 07:09 PM

The strategy is, we're trying to wear out their offense by keeping them on the field :D

On the plus side, I was working on some sound insulation in my UTV and didn't see the first two scores. When I came in they went up by 21 so I went back out to my shop!

cabmandone 01-10-2021 07:30 PM

Remember that time that Bobby Boucher showed up at halftime and the Steelers won the bourbon bowl do ya?

Wonder if the Steelers know that if they let the Browns score more than 100 points, the scoreboard doesn't flip back over to 0.

Bob Kontak 01-10-2021 08:44 PM

I'll take it. 48 - 37

911boost 01-10-2021 08:51 PM

Good for the Browns fans, them and the Bills both winning playoff games is good for the sport.

I needed to wake up about 4 this morning, so I turned the Browns game off about 11 when the Squealers were making a run at them in the 3rd/4th quarter. I was hoping for the best after seeing the 1st quarter.

The Steelers weren't mentally prepared , probably read too many press clippings saying how great they are . Browns appeared to be ready right out of the gate , took advantage of mistakes and played very well . Big Ben no longer playing with swagger/confidence .

Not being mentally prepared for a big game is common under Mike Tomlin. Hands down the worst game I've ever seen by Roethlisberger. 11-0 to six weeks later a first round exit from the playoffs. Simply inexcusable. The Steelers need to get younger quickly but they aren't going to be able to because of the salary cap. They'll be lucky not to lose some key players in the offseason.

The Steelers need a replacement for Big Ben and a solid running back. As much as I like James Conner and all that he has accomplished being a cancer survivor, we need a power back and he's just not it.

rfuerst911sc 01-11-2021 04:30 AM

I always thought Tomlin was a good coach ........... not a great one there is a difference . Having said that the bottom line is EVERY player has to bring their best for 60 minutes . The Browns did and the Steelers didn't . Yes schemes/coaching and play calling are all part of it but these guys are paid lots of $$$$ to perform at a high level ....... Steeler organization is owed a refund after last nights performance .

Maybe this gets the monkey off the back of the Browns . They performed at a very high level with Corona issues with players and no head coach . But that is now in the rearview mirror they have to concentrate on the next opponent . It doesn't get easier the deeper you go :D

cabmandone 01-11-2021 04:42 AM

To be honest, I have never thought Tomlin was a good head coach. Discipline problems were a regular thing. Lack of game preparation, common. Finding ways to lose to teams that they should have defeated, common. Early exit from the playoffs, common. Poor clock and game management, common. The teams the Steelers have put on the field have been loaded with talent on both sides of the ball. Tomlin always found a way to underperform.
