Other than the recent attempts to contact me, I've been very happy with Fidelity too. If they cease, I have no reason to move my acct. but last week's unsolicited calls to my phone better not happen again. I can ignore the emails, but enough is enough.
If it happens again.... they will lose my acct. |

I got the same annoying stuff from fidelity for a long time.
So I put them to work, with all the free services I could dream up. Review my plan? Sure .... Set up a phone conference appointment? Sure .... Set up another meeting? Sure. Oh and I have another weekly list of questions can they help me with? After a couple months of that, the calls seem to dwindle. Maybe that depends on if the calls are generated from the local branch of corporate. The Brea Ca. branch seemed to loose interest in me. |
