Very, very cool, Seahawk. So, in the context of this discussion, I just have to ask - did you even look at anything from Colt? My guess would be that you did not...

That’s a beauty. I have two 686s and can see a Competition Center S&W model in my future.

Jeff,

I did what my son told me to do...seriously: He knows more about guns than I do and he has my grandfather's Officer's Model Colt .38 from WWII and his grandfathers Colt .45 from Korea and Vietnam. So I asked what do you really want

He is a lawyer in Norfolk and works some very "interesting" cases. This will be a true carry for him.

When I ordered my 686 in October last , the Snake fiasco was fresh in my mind so no I did not check Colt.

But these are now all Custom Shop guns, and Doug Turnbull is doing the finishing for them.
Well ain't that interesting..

CZ ain't gona drop the ball.

They are lookin forward to the coming gun control environment in the USA.. The US sanctioned Russian imports with a pen stroke of a pen...no more Molot no more Saiga..no mo Kalashnikov.

So Kalishie is building stuff n the USA, Zastava has become their own importer distributor, Arsenal did build stuff in the USA, Beretta and SIG both have USA factories...

So with a possible Biden importation ban on firearms and ammo...the only alternative is to move some production to the USA.

If that does go down that means all that fureign made good stuff is going to go right through the roof in price. As if that ain't happen now anyway.

So who has Winchester and Remington now?
