Ultimately, the only ones to blame for trolls are THOSE WHO RESPOND TO THEM.
If we will have enough self control to never respond to trolls they will die off rather quickly. When you respond then you encourage and empower them and are as much to blame as the troll itself.

Exactly. There's one idiot troll on another forum I use. Guy starts 20 threads a day. They quickly vanish to the back pages because nobody feeds and responds to his bs.

The issue is not ignoring them, that isn’t a problem. It is the constant thread derailment with a nefarious intent that gets old.

There are a few ban circumventors active.
IMO, a ban is a ban, and if you get one, it is because you deserve one.
The moderators are very easy going on this forum and one will get one or more warnings before getting banned. (unless you've been a grade A azzhole and you get one immediately)

I don't mind if the come back as long as they clean up their act and behave.
