Online Car Auction Websites...When is Enough..Enough?

First there was eBay Motors
Then BaT
Then P-Car Market
Then Cars and Bids
and now there is the MB Market
https://thembmarket.com/?fbclid=IwAR2Ubcsctm5KEo64SxH0mRURxZ1JISyaGxh2I_I1 XSeMC1D1dRCEtKSm7iA

When is enough...enough? I don't even check P-Car market, CnB and highly doubt I will check this new player MB Market....

What's next Pontiac Aztek Market?

Yeah, can’t say I check any of them. Cool for car porn but the prices are typically insane.

I think they illustrate what people are prepared to pay as these are not asking prices, they are the prices paid. I used to like BaT and bought a couple of vehicles on it but I'm overwhelmed with the number of auctions these days so I don't indulge in the car auction porn as much anymore. The fittest auction sites will survive.

Enough is enough when the enterprising wheeler/dealers of the world stop wanting to wheel, or deal. There will always be a market for these specialty cars, at least until the skyrocketing Biden gas prices catch up to them....up $.81 since election day locally.

And somehow a thread about car auction sites turns political.

A friend sent me a link to a 1980 911 SC with 47,000 miles that just sold for $66k. Go baby go. I love it.

I used to love leafing through the classifieds magazines, dreaming that I could afford something nice.
