oh yeah! I treat myself to that once in awhile.
My go to is my version of a Spanish tortilla. It's basically a potato and onion omelette.

I like "overnight oats" for breakfast on a semi-regular basis. Half a cup of rolled oats, cup of milk, a bit of maple syrup, couple of spoonfulls of chia seeds, couple of dollops of peanut butter. left in the fridge over night. The next day, whizzed up in the blender with half of a frozen banana cut into medalions and a few ice cubes. Amazingly filling, lasting, & easy on the digestive system.
