Anything I can do with it? Paypal can track them with their bank account info, but will they?

1968 Fuchs in perfect condition for 800 shipped from Hawaii.
New poster with 0 posts. Broken English and very aggressive. Im not out anything but these bottom feeders keep doing this because they get away with it. I wouldn't mind spending some time trying to get one busted.
