That guy is crazy, Benihana would love him.
He’s very talented, as to that one particular thing he makes. It seems there are a lot of chefs in Japan that specialize in one particular thing and do it incredibly well. It makes me want to hop a plane to Tokyo and go on a weeklong eating binge. |

Some of us have cooked for a living, at some point in our deep, dark past. Almost as much fun as you can have, with your clothes on.
There are tens of thousands of good recipes in the cookbooks of the last 20 years. Damn near every one of them is findable online, in some blog or other. Find a big name chef you like and go cook his recipes. |
