Wow... Was the guy (gal, kid?) wearing the white hoody asleep?

It looks like the deer's arse hit the screen first. That explains why he survived.

A sound sleeper for sure! He might have been injured if he had been sitting up awake.

Lots of folks. I don't get it either. Although these days, because of air bags, many/most holds are dangerous. There's only a couple of ways to hold a steering wheel with airbags that won't be bad if the airbag goes off.

With a wheel that size...that's the way most would.
I thought the driver showed the calmness of 'Kramer making all the stops'

Assuming that's a schoolbus, having a deer crash through the windshield is probably nothing compared to dealing with the kids.

It looked to me..that bus was traveling quite fast when it happened. Watch the windows.
I'm surprised the deer was able to run off after the door opened. They are tough animals.

Yep, fortunately, I guess, it hit the window and not the grill or sheet metal. It went through the window was probably what saved it. Of course, it may have had broken bones and internal injuries and tons of adrenaline pumping. It may have wandered off into the woods to die.

Kramer was without a doubt my favorite. The funny thing is that I've known at least two guys that could have been Kramer, similar looks, a little crazy/odd, but great guys.

One of the greatest lines of that show.

I've never seen auto glass shatter like that.

edit: never mind, I see that it popped out entirely.

It was one of those mini-deer that they grow in VA.
