Looks like fun. I would happily swim in it.

stevej37 06-01-2021 12:11 PM

Kids will...they have no fears...yet.

I used to have a pretty good view of this one from our apt. It's on the 40th floor (500ft up).

I could probably swim in the pool as the water would make looking down difficult to focus. But no way I could stand at the railing or look over the edge.

What's the largest font I can type NFW?

stevej37 06-01-2021 02:45 PM

The CN tower in Toronto has a plexi-glass floor on the bottom of the first top floor.
When I was there, kids were laying face down on it and laughing.
I found it hard to even step on it....147 floors up.

herr_oberst 06-01-2021 02:50 PM

I'd totally skinny dip in either of those pools.

Steve Carlton 06-01-2021 02:54 PM

I'd toss a Baby Ruth in there!

sc_rufctr 06-01-2021 03:07 PM

:)

Great but how do you make a piece of glass that big and heavy?

stevej37 06-01-2021 03:13 PM

^^^ Plexi-glass

Steve Carlton 06-01-2021 03:25 PM

What happens when somebody shoots that thing with a high powered rifle?

drcoastline 06-01-2021 03:53 PM

Why would you build that?

Looks pretty uncomfortable to me but I like cool swimming pools. One of my friends has a pool with a glass wall in the backyard that is also the wall in the subterranean exercise studio. Basically, you can be on the Peloton or exercise bike and watch the kids swim in the pool at the same time. I'll try to get a picture the next time I go over.

vash 06-01-2021 08:13 PM

I would sit Indian-style naked on the bottom of that pool.

Drbraunsr 06-01-2021 08:18 PM

Pass the eye-bleach, please....

smadsen 06-01-2021 08:19 PM

Sure! What could possibly go wrong?

speeder 06-01-2021 08:24 PM

Here is a pic from my friend's pool, looking from inside the house. A bit safer. :)
