Check out this swimming pool
In London. I know for a fact! I could not swim in that pool LOL

Looks like fun. I would happily swim in it.
Kids will...they have no fears...yet.
I used to have a pretty good view of this one from our apt. It's on the 40th floor (500ft up).

I could probably swim in the pool as the water would make looking down difficult to focus. But no way I could stand at the railing or look over the edge.
What's the largest font I can type NFW?
The CN tower in Toronto has a plexi-glass floor on the bottom of the first top floor.
When I was there, kids were laying face down on it and laughing. I found it hard to even step on it....147 floors up. |
I'd totally skinny dip in either of those pools.
I'd toss a Baby Ruth in there!
:)
Great but how do you make a piece of glass that big and heavy? |
^^^ Plexi-glass

What happens when somebody shoots that thing with a high powered rifle?

Why would you build that?

Looks pretty uncomfortable to me but I like cool swimming pools. One of my friends has a pool with a glass wall in the backyard that is also the wall in the subterranean exercise studio. Basically, you can be on the Peloton or exercise bike and watch the kids swim in the pool at the same time. I'll try to get a picture the next time I go over.
I would sit Indian-style naked on the bottom of that pool.
Pass the eye-bleach, please....
Sure! What could possibly go wrong?
Here is a pic from my friend's pool, looking from inside the house. A bit safer. :)
