2. "Serial entrepreneur" (the credentials given to Steve Kirsch, the man on the right) is not someone I would go to if I were seeking a deeper understanding of mRNA technology. I'd maybe consult. oh, I dunno, a scientist??? Same applies to someone with a PhD in Evolutionary Biology. Closer, but I would rather seek out a scientist who deals with infectious, communicable diseases.

3. Steve Kirsch mentioned that he witnessed two people who suffered complications after getting the mRNA Covid vaccine. Two people. That is a very miniscule sample set. Yes- there are people who have had complications from the vaccine, but those are what the scientific world calls outliners, and not the norm. As a matter of fact, my friend's wife has bells palsy which likely was triggered by the vaccine.

4. Dr. Malone refers to talking with individuals at the FDA. Never referenced a name or department - always referred to them as "they," "he," "she," ..etc. RED FLAG. When someone tries to authenticate their story using anonymous "name dropping" the probability that their claims are true is very low in my book.

5.. According to this article in Reuters, that video propagates false information:

Posts are sharing the false statement that the spike protein in COVID-19 vaccines is cytotoxic, suggesting that it kills or damages cells. There is no evidence to support this.

Bottom line: there is no scientific evidence that what they are saying in your video has any truth to it.

It is part of the solution for early treatment of COVID, along with ivermectin, steroids, zinc….and should not have been suppressed by big Pharma to get emergency use of the vaccine. Many more lives could have been saved before vaccines became widely available. But there was an obvious agenda at play for pushing the vaccines and suppressing all the prophylactic treatments.

Something I have wondered about.

If someone has a bad reaction to a vaccine - let's say something bad enough to hospitalize them - what legal recourse do they have to obtain financial recourse to compensate them for their damages?

Also, are people require to sign a waiver when they sign up for a vaccination - releasing anyone from legal recourse, in the event of a bad outcome?

The answer is: None.

There is zero liability for the pharma manufacturer. That was signed into law.

All the "vaccines" (except J&J) are not actually vaccines iirc.
They are genetic modifiers in the experimental stage and still currently for "emergency use only" per the FDA.
And the efficacy is still very questionable.

That is the troubling part.

Manufacturers are immune from civil lawsuits for most vaccines, under USC 300aa-22: Standards of Responsibility that was passed in the 80's. Covid vaccines under the PREP Act. An exception being willful misconduct. There are government programs that can used for compensation.
