Her Hondas may have problems but she beats the crap out of them. Not sure any bike could survive her for long, at least without problems.

I meant every episode the Honda's have been dead nuts reliable...and then the first day she rides a diff brand, it breaks down.

I'm really liking her travels.

I'm on season 5...I did see season 6, but not the final episodes.

She probably spent $4-5k on overhauling and upgrading her bike but I think she can afford it and its well justified. I think splitting the case is a little overkill. I'd have just done a leak down and gone from there. Probably replaced the cam chain and guides, clutch.

I'm glad she's still publishing videos.

They said it had to come apart to replace the one shaft. Output shaft, I think.

Yea, probably the output shaft was loose with the sprocket. I'm guessing she's going to Australia next and is giving the bike a major overhaul before shipping it.

I'm at episode 86 of season 5 right now.
She has spent 6 months and 22K kilometers traveling over almost all parts of Africa.
Amazing that in all the video she shows...she never once sounded discouraged.

A surprise to me is when she travels through cities in Africa...other than big trucks, about every vehicle is a full size van or a Honda Fit...called the Honda Jazz over there.

I got carried away and watched all the way to Alaska and beyond. Now waiting for the next adventure. Maybe Japan or Australia ???

Either one would be great. Lots of interesting things to see on her journeys.

I can only imagine how much time it takes to edit and upload the daily video.
She does an awesome job.

I'm on the season 5 episode 92 ...Riding Kalahari Desert Dunes

I'm almost afraid to keep watching. She is flying through the extreme sand portions wide open.
I fear she is going to lose it. Doing so at the speeds she is riding, will not be good.

The Kalahari series is some of the best video she does. Dakar is also awesome.

Every time she hits some sand that starts the bike to wobble....she just laughs and goes faster.
I would be slowing down...she has some guts.

Yes, she is a tough chick. She keeps getting better and better off road. She also needs to get off her ass and start a new adventure. :D :D

Thats what you're supposed to do, lean back and add throttle. Just takes overcoming any sense of self preservation and a nice set of huevos to do it. Definitely an aquired skill.

If nothing else, watch starting 30 minutes in for about 5 minutes.
