Wife bought clock on sale at Walmart.
I hate roman numerals because they make me think.
But this one just seems off x2.

A lot of clocks use IIII.
IIV is definitely not 7.

And the 7 is showing IIV. There is no such number.

Chinese and roman numbers don’t mix well :D.

The lack of logic is astounding: if VIII is 8, which they have correct, then why in hell would 7 be IIV?
The IIII is just cute, like let us reinvent Roman numbers :).

To me it shows ignorance of the meaning of "arabic numerals"...not necessarily bigotry, just a lack of education.

Kind of like college students lining up to sign a petition to ban hydrogen dioxide.

One of the standard cognitive tests given to this old geezer is to hand me a paper & pen, ask me to draw a clock showing the time of eight-twenty.

Wish I was artistic...I'm tempted to draw a casio digital face showing 8:20:00.
