Looking forward to this.
From, The Hollywood Reporter. Confirming last year’s reports of a possible revival, FX announced Friday a new show titled Justified: City Primeval. The story is inspired by Elmore Leonard’s novel City Primeval: High Noon in Detroit. Here’s the storyline: “Having left the hollers of Kentucky eight years ago, Raylan Givens now lives in Miami, a walking anachronism balancing his life as a U.S. Marshal and part-time father of a 14-year-old girl. His hair is grayer, his hat is dirtier, and the road in front of him is suddenly a lot shorter than the road behind. A chance encounter on a desolate Florida highway sends him to Detroit. There he crosses paths with Clement Mansell, aka The Oklahoma Wildman, a violent, sociopathic desperado who’s already slipped through the fingers of Detroit’s finest once and aims to do so again. Mansell’s lawyer, formidable Motor City native Carolyn Wilder, has every intention of representing her client, even as she finds herself caught in between cop and criminal, with her own game afoot as well. These three characters set out on a collision course in classic Elmore Leonard fashion, to see who makes it out of the City Primeval alive.” |
I'm in. Big Olyphant fan here since Deadwood.

Finished this. Amazing. |
It really comes to life on a 75” 4K TV.
|
Haha. I watched them all on my phone while on layovers. This show would be awesome on a proper TV. I'm pulling the trigger Saturday.

Key and Peele comedy duo.
Most of the material is stupid people, neuroticism, racial and gay situations, and Obama impressions. Lots of screaming and jumping around, which gets monotonous watching straight through. No topic is safe. Some of the skits are truly brilliant. |
The Investigation
Police drama based on a true events. Denmark. Found on HBO Max. |
Laughed my ass off watching The Righteous Gemstones on HBO. John Goodman is great.

Peacemaker?
I can't decide if it's good or not. It's like it's a decent story, but written by a 12 year old. The pee, boobs, blood, and penis jokes are kinda over the top, which makes me not appreciate it very much... |

I thought this same exact thing. I must be getting old. |
Just saw, Ozark, season 4 starts tomorrow night on Netflix.

The Legend of Vox Machina. A cartoon version of the long running online video series Critical Role, which is itself a bunch of Hollywood voice actors who get together and play fully voiced games of D&D. Watched the first episode that just came out of Prime, it's a well done cartoon with strong D&D type feel to it.

The Boys on Prime - isn't what I thought based on the trailer I saw a while back. Well done. The accents are a bit tough sometimes, especially Frenchie.
Cobra Kai Murders in the building |
'The Chase' weekdays at 3pm on GSN

"Texas Rising" om Prime. Lots of star power but it's not very good. IMHO

Going to watch the start of the OKC Thunder game. 1st one this year.
My little sister is the teacher of the game and will get on the big screen with Rumble the mascot. Supposed to happen in the 1st quarter during a time out so It will probably happen during a tv commercial and I won't get to see it. Gotta take the chance. She is getting a free sweet deal. Priority parking, free access to the Thunder Club concession, two Courtside seats on the 3rd row, and hugs from Rumble. |
Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale is live on the History channel right now.

Just watched Nobody on HBO Max. What the hell?
Finished Ozark Finished Archive 81. Hope there’s a sequel after that ending. Finished Afterlife which I love And god knows why but I’m still watching Blacklist. I just can’t let Red go I guess |
I watched Terra Nova this weekend. Only one season so far. It is a well done show filmed in Australia. Basic plot is 150 years from now the earth is all polluted and out of resources, and they find a "rip in time" that lets them travel to 80 millions years in the past. They set up a camp, and try to stay safe from the dinosaurs, and of course politics of the camp.
It was worth watching, but not a great show. It will be interesting to see it there is a second season. |
