You call 50 y.o. women girls?

That's really strange in itself.

IME: If you call them "Ladies" they complain.

If it were possible to be even a tiny bit more narcissistic, I would say that each of these posts (other than these about women) were directed towards me...as I do them all at one time or another.

Most posted so far seem largely due to some sort of minor inferiority complex IMHO...and seeking approval that they rarely get...or perceive that they rarely get. Probably a result of childhood circumstances. They are probably healthy as coping mechanisms and might go away or reduce with friends/family that treat them with a bit more acceptance/understanding.

IMHO, the inability to accept personal responsibility is the worst to have...as it is almost crippling. Much worse personally than the others which simply seek inclusion/acceptance of peers/loved ones.

I can honestly say that you never entered my mind while reading this thread. This is a very strange post.

Maybe you should try, "women," sometime. Ever occur to you?

stevej37 12-16-2021 07:49 AM

greed, and lack of empathy.
these traits usually go hand in hand.

A bit like the word boys.

A favorite waitress used to come over to the table and say "'allo Gents, so what are you boys havin'."

I call them sir back. It's quite funny seeing their micro expression on their face when they hear that. "Thanks Sir, two beers and a glass of pinot noir."

OK, maybe I didn't explain it well enough.

This particular "LADY" doesn't like being called a Lady because it makes her feel old.

Adelaide common speech vs. L.A. common speech.

Sexism hurts everyone. Especially broads.

We often call wimmin Sheila's... ;)

And JFI "wimmin" is often used by feminists to avoid the word ending "men".

If trolling rules are enforced, you'll have only hooked yourself.

Had an Aussie friend. He the hubby of a girl who worked with Cindy. May he RIP... He taught me how to really sail a 15' dinghy I'd bought. Anyway, we'd often laugh over our "language differences". To him, a cookie was a biscuit...and a girl was NOT asking for sex is she asked to be "knocked up". Yes, we both spoke english...I guess. He was from "Briz-bin".
