My aunt and mother are no longer on speaking terms over my Grandfather's will.

So glad I decided very early on to not have kids.

The same thing happened to my Mom and her sister when my grandmother died. Grandma lived with us but she left everything to my aunt. Mom was really hurt.

I'm not buying what your statement read with regard to someone dying intestate, for reasons I gave. If you'd like to expound on your statement or clarify your statement let's hear it.
