The article I read last night. Halfway down a witness described the accident.
Ok, found that: "One of the witnesses says it appeared the Prius was on Sunset Blvd and Arnold was on Sunset turning left in the opposite direction when the collision occurred."

If that is the case, I have no idea how they wound up in that position on Allenford. I see no skid marks from the spin and they must have pirouetted together like something from Dancing With the Stars to be coupled like that. With relatively little collision damage.

Weird things do happen in collisions, though. If it really did go down like that, (and there is damage to the passenger side of the SUV that suggests impact not where it sits), then the Porsche Taycan may not have been following anyone closely or at all. They might have just been in the place at the time.

I've never met the guy but I find him very entertaining and I'd like to meet him. I did use to see him a lot back in the '80s at The Rose Cafe back patio, his office was right behind and shared the same parking lot. He was always with a bunch of friends holding court, smoking cigars, laughing it up, etc. He was riding high in those days, peak movie star years.

He had a Guards Red M491 Carrera Cabriolet that was always parked in the lot. I thought that it was a douchebag car at the time, (still do), even though I am a major Porschophile. Somehow, he pulled off driving it, though. He was just bigger than life.

The one I have is called 5-0 Radio or something similar, there are probably dozens of them in the App Store. It was free and you can listen to almost any police or fire channel in the land, including a long list of local ones in my case. It's become sort of a hobby learning all of the codes and unique habits they use on the radio so that I can understand what they are talking about.

It's so busy here in LA that it's sort of fascinating and depressing at the same time.

Bleeding from the head. Funny thing. Easy to cut your head and loose lots of blood. Which i would directly relate to not wearing a seatbelt. If i was to speculate. Insurance will fight tooth and nail. I don't see it worth much tbh.

Arnold will pay $50-100k settlement plus that car's value just to silence it.

She was not wearing a seat belt, betcha. Of little consequence.

Now if she wants seven million because it's Arnold, things will get ugly.

Gotta be The Rose Venice.

I look stuff up on Google Earth as I live vicariously through our west coast members.

And likely she will not even get a ticket for no seatbelt.

They focus on the at fault stuff, I think.

Looks like she would have hit her head a lot harder if the Yukon hadn't hiked 4 feet or so forward up the hood. I'm not sure how the Prius can be completely in Arnold's lane without her driving it there. I'll be she's completely at fault, but we'll see.

Not wearing a seatbelt doesn't cause traffic collisions, it's a separate infraction. I also don't think that it factors into legal fault determinations in any way but maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in.

It does.

Tell that to Tracy Morgan's lawsuit with the walmart semi. Now instead of someone famous to nobody peasant. It'll be under a 6 figure payout...

That's what the whole set-up looked like to me. Where did you read that?

I need to find it again, but someone took the following image and superimposed
"I need your clothes and your boots and your insurance and drivers license."
I thought it was amusing.

I'm just thankful Arnold's hydrogen tanks didn't explode.
