				Name this car

Posted on a Facebook forum. I have no clue what it is. The hood resembles a 1990's firebird to me, Canopies resemble the Splittin image Hot Wheels. Canopies are blacked out so maybe just a display vehicle? As a whole it has a 1960-70's customization. | ||

Nah. As far as that kind of thing goes, it looks like it is or could be cool. Obviously, this sort of thing is kind of a fantasy car, but based on the photo, it looks well done. It feels like something from the 70s.

I think someone was inspired by this Darryl Starbird car. If the car in the OP had shiny custom paint and a proper set of wheels and tires and the correct rake, it would probably look pretty damn good. Nothing really wrong with the proportions, and the lines I see look good to me. I'm with Bill D. on this one. Haters gotta hate?

Not the Moonbird, this one is called "The Alchetron" I think Ed Roth and Darryl Starbird probably smoked pot while they were coming up with names for their creations!
