Location, location, location! NY with its super high taxes ($20k on our old home) have killed any value your home has.

Might sell both the W123 wagon and the coupe as well. Will still do restoration work once we find a home that has a shop or where we can build one.

the car belongs to my son in CO. Car is located in CO as well. It is an 84' 300TD. A nice car for the price ($12,500)
