Thing is, how many preludes have survived life there in the rust belt? I'd tend to hang on to it...
But then, I'm pretty monogamous with cars.

^^^ Not many. That's why it draws attention here.
About anywhere I take it...people comment on it....the Milano Red color is the best Honda had.

The winter of 98, I drove it because I had no other car. Every winter since, it's seen almost no snow..and if it did, it was washed right after.

Make the dealer and counter offer so that if he agrees you can let go a lot easier. If he disagrees then you have an excuse to not sell.

It would be better to sell on bringatrailer if you decide to off it. That car is a well kept car and it will sell for collector pricing.

Yep. Let the bidding begin. Tell the dealer about the auction so he can join in the fun.

Time, money, things . . . all valuable. The question here is which is most valuable in the circumstance? Will the 10k allow you to do something you couldn't already do? Would you drive another car more if the Prelude was gone? Are you in the "downsizing" phase of your life.
There's probably not a bad decision here. |

Driving the Prelude more...Sirius XM wasn't working. Traced the wires and discovered that the head unit is connected to an under seat module that controls the XM portion.
It was purchased just at the beginning of XM Radio. And of course, the module doesn't have the standard XM antenna hook-up. Gave up trying and went to Best Buy and bought an Onyx Plus radio for Sirius. It connects thru the aux input. Ten minutes of hook-up and an hour of waiting for the activation....it's done. It's great to have Sat Radio in it. Deep Tracks is back!
