We resell Nord Layer which is the business version of Nord VPN, very good product with good features. We use it on all mobile devices.

I got Nord installed. There was no Hallelujah chorus or any real change. I picked a USA server, and all was fine. Then I went to Amazon to look for a TV show to watch, and it had some error. I logged out and Amazon was happy.
Most sites don't seem to care. I guess when I go on the dark web to buy plutonium I will need to use an Argentina server. I will have a lot to figure out yet on the best uses for the VPN.

I received an email from Nord.
One of the "free" services they have is to search the dark web and I guess the normal web for your usernames and passwords on the bad guys web sites. They actually expect me to use their password manager, and enter every single username and password on every account, so they can search the web to see if they find a match. Yea, right. I can't imagine uploading every singe account name, and password to my world. Never gonna happen. So if Nord gets hacked, I am hacked. Nope, not gonna do it. No way.

Amazon (and others) will from time to time block VPN IP addresses and so there is a bit of a cat and mouse game when using sometimes.
Some thoughts: - Always clear browser cookies before logging into Amazon. For example, I use the Brave browser and selected to always clear cookies and history (upon browser closing). Note, when I first got Nord VPN, I always had issues with Firefox and the VPN so I ditched Firefox for Brave some time ago. - Try connecting to a different server# or server location (here in the U.S.). From time to time a specific server# and/or location may not work. This has happened to me, but is not frequent. - Lastly, contact Nord VPN support. |

Just an update for those that are interested.
Nord does seem to be working fine. I can watch F1 clips that are normally blocked in the USA. There is no real change in the browser look and feel, except there is a slow down on some servers. I forget to log out of Nord, and that causes issues on some web sites that are looking for my IP address. I just logged into the Oklahoma City web site where I can renew my alarm permit. I was on a server from Dallas, and the OKC site just would not accept my username and password. Then I remembered to log out of Nord, and tried again. I got right in with no issues. I log out of Nord to do any of my typical online banking. I will play with it for a while. I am not sure I will renew for the limited usefulness I am finding. Maybe if I wanted to watch hard core porn or surf the dark web, but I have no desire to try. Not my style.
