Yea, up to 1986 when they finally designed in bigger vents, they are pretty tiny.

And want to to get hot here so I can tweak it before I get on the road. I want the AC at 100% of the desert heat.

The tiny vents do direct air at the side windows for defrost, but are pretty useless for blowing much on the people in the car. I added the Griffith's under dash vents to aim some air to me and the passenger. The tiny vents are hooked into the heat system as well.

Crazy. We had nearly 8.5" in Apr, and 3.7" in May. It's starting to dry out a bit here, but everything is still pretty green. They are predicting rain for us Sun and Mon and maybe the rest of next week. I think our average yearly here is ~48". We are right on schedule for Jan-May. We'll probably be much better off this year than last which was REALLY dry.

I mowed this morning and between the cottonseeds and maple seeds...I could hardly see or breathe.
The updraft from the JD causes a cloud of brown that just hangs in the area to mow.

To add to that...the topsoil is so dry that the tractor feels like it's riding on rocks.
