You know, Masraum makes a great point. Let enthusiasts know what you have and can do.

Also, you could do a great piece of work as a concierge mechanic. Example: pick up a classic; go through it for a spring check up or similar; have a detail shop tidy it up; drop off at its home.

I know a guy with about 20 classics. There are always a few that aren’t runners.

Congratulations. Sweet ride!

Nice!
You have to find more Porsche owners. I paid $500 to have mine towed.

....
That and other shops/mechanics in the area. For my "other" cars over the decades, I have used a shop that has a "relationship" with another local towing service. I just call the towing co. .... and say... "Take it to Fred's Automotive" ... the tow charge gets added to the shop's bill to me... win, win, all around.

And could I have yer number ?

Beautiful truck!!
I hope this works out for you.
I don't understand the economics of this business though. I hired a roll back to take my VW to and from the paint shop. It took the guy an hour+ and he had to drive about 40 miles total. He charged me $100. What with the cost of the truck, gas, insurance, and the fact that he wasn't making $65 an hour back at the shop working on cars I don't see how he's making any money.

Just avoid the temptation to fix simple problems roadside.

Show up, tow the car, take your money, go home.

Well done, Fred, on executing your plan and having your son participate.

+1000 on word of mouth to car enthusiasts, it may travel faster than social media.
