![]() Yeah, the knipex pliers line is the schnizzle. I'd be concerned about rust in a salt water environment tho...like Tarpon fishing? I only bought two pairs of knipex...the 10" Cobra, and the 10" Twin Grip...the ones most commonly used. The rest of my pliers drawer is of the lower priced spread...but mostly bought when we still made decent tools in the USA. So, channel lock, craftsman, etc. Also, if anybody here does garage sales or estate auctions, keep your eyes open for USA made Craftsman stuff. If you run across polished combo wrenches stamped "Craftsman professional USA" you've found gold. Those were made for Craftsman by SK, according to what I've read on the net...very high quality. As tool junkie/car guys, we all dream of a huge Snap-on rollaway chest crammed with snap-on tools. However, one can collect a very good homeowner/DIYer set for a LOT less cash.

Little off topic but I just ordered a pair of bent-tip snap ring pliers to help with the circlip when I rebuild the clutch master cylinder on one of my Interceptors.
Pretty sure I have a pair, but it's the style with interchanging tips and these will be dedicated so probably easier to use. As for socket sets - I have so many right now the challenge is keeping things organized so I can grab what I need without having to think too hard...lol....

As long as we're on the tools topic...this would make a nice little starter set for the DIYer...
