I've lost 23 lbs in about 6 weeks ....
It was my Independence Day Resolution, since I failed miserably after the New Year and added 10 more
 .I wuz porkin' at 210 ... but who knew there was a much easier way ... "scratchin' my head" going hmmm  .Here Joe .... come 'ere boy  !Numbers don't lie .... LOL |

I'm with ya friend, 20 lbs in 2 months. Cut out 95% of the alcohol, changed diet, walk at least 30 minutes every day. I'm in my early 50s, and the engine light was starting to get brighter and brighter. Decided to do something about it.
