McLaren waited too long to have what little team orders they have now. The WDC race could be down around 30 points or less now if it weren't for the aforementioned race results.

Piastri to Lando in cool down room (with Max nearby): "so , without using swear words, how did you feel when you almost hit that wall?" ;-) LOL - good sense of humor that guy !

Can't wait till the FIA comes to their senses and fires Mohamed ben Sulayem. Useless guy, just annoys everyone..

I agree with that. I think that Colopinto will change a few people's minds about young drivers with no experience in F1, he's done great so far, I hope he goes to Audi. Danny Ric's interview and the emotion almost points to him knowing his fate, either from the team or from his performance at Singapore. Get ready for Liam! All drivers face being replaced, its the nature of the sport. There is a ton of young talent in and just out of F2 and they deserve a shot IMO. Both Sauber drivers, Lance & Kmag need to retire.

I suspect Lawson is getting put in early this year as a "double check". If he delivers > Tsunoda, I think there is a good chance he will get bumped to RedBull directly in 25. Anyone on the grid except poor Sargeant could do better than Perez this year...
There are also strong rumors Perez will pull the ripcord this year ("spend more time with family").

I agree, off with RIC, KMAG, PER, brinfg on the new blood, they are amazing ! Lance, well, we all know that's another story - kind afunny to see Verstappen pull a Lance in the conferences now... "yes, no, maybe". A hypothetical FIA presser with Stroll, a pissed off Verstasppen and say Kimi Raikonnen would be a hilarious exercise !

Ummm, Perez is 10th in the championship. That means 10 other drivers suck more. Just sayin.

Just tired of the driver bashing. Sorry. The whole field including Checo and Lance are way beyond my talent level and the level of everyone on this forum. Guess I don't see the point of constantly ripping someone because they are 3/10th a second slower a lap around a 3 mile track. Guess that makes them talentless in some eyes.

Apparently Gunther Steiner has been relegated to some penalty box by the FIA for swearing . This is getting quite comical .

Home team guy here; hoping for 6th place for Haas in constructors points.
The car doesn't seem to eat tires as before in long stints.
A surprise podium could happen.

Don't think anyone on this forum has suggested that they are better than anyone in F1.
When you have a driver winning poles and races and his teammate is starting 10th and staying 10th it deserves to be discussed.

Just like winning football teams or any top winners, competitors come sniffing around the talent. Throw more money at them, and off they go to another team.

It is near impossible to keep the great teams together for long. Talent gets hired away to better paying jobs. Red Bull won everything for 4 years. Now all of a sudden, not so much with the talent bailing out.

Season isn’t over yet, and in my opinion this stretch to the end could be the best in years!

Bingo.
All competition does is hurt people's feelings.
Why does anyone have to lose?
They should all win and get participation trophies!

While the end of this season will be fun to watch, unless Max has a crash, breaks a leg, and is out for 6 weeks, it is unlikely that Lando is going to catch him. Just too many points separate the two. It'll be exciting to watch Lando & McLaren make a run for it, but in the end the papaya boys will fall short. I think that's part of why Max seems somewhat laissez faire about his own prospects; no matter how "bad" the Red Bull seems to be at the moment, he's still comfortably in the lead.
