Nice work Vash,
I just hope those monster fish you’ve been catching don’t pull you into the water now.

Outstanding! Great job! Now I need to do the same (not wake up at the butt crack to run, but lose some weight). 32# is no joke, that's a ton of weight to get off. It's like making a car lighter, we know that removing weight from a car helps the car do almost everything better, turn, brake, accelerate. You're now a member and the subject of the church of light weight, and you're seeing all of the benefits (which is even more than with a car).

Yep..good going! Next up? Maybe once retirement is set, you can join the tour of those professional Bass fishing tournaments! Hmmm, maybe not...turning a hobby into a job can remove the fun?

Congrat's.
Not to sound boring. But now you need to work something out for the long term that you can maintain. Something like no sugary drinks but allowed a dessert at a restaurant. Burger Friday etc. |

185 is my goal weight and I’ll get there eventually. Kicking the sugar habit is the only way I’m going to reach it. Great job man!
