Loooong time to identify as LE. That was pretty poor situational management IMO. ID as police, ask her to confirm she understands you are police. Your authority as a cop doesn't come from you existing, it comes from identifying yourself to all present. Not a good showing on their part.
And my goodness how high do you have to be to act like she did in that video? And where did the rest of those bullets go? Who the hell is in charge of range training for those guys? My last thought on this is a bit less than honorable- i could never be a cop as there's no way i'd ever point a gun at a chick with a rack that nice.

Completely different situation. BTW san B. is an extremely rough area.
I agree with the drug aspect. She is calm like a cucumber... A little too calm...
