^^^ I wouldn't trust 3/4 plywood.
The lift is used every day for the cars...until I sold the SC last spring. Now it's just a parking pad until I change oil in one of the cars.
The other two stalls are always taken, so moving everything to get to the side of the lift is out.
I do have the xtra hd caster wheels for the lift....and I've moved it a bunch of times in the first couple years after buying it. It's in it's perfect spot right now.

I have a floor drain in the garage, but I never use the hose in there. It's so easy to sweep it when it's smooth. I mop it about 3 times a year.

I'm kinda surprised that the lift manufacturers don't offer some type of add on for lawn tractor maintenance. If they did, I would consider it.

Yeah, you would think somebody makes one to drop right on. If not, have one welded up for a prototype! New business opportunity! They'll sell like hotcakes, you'll be rich and someone else can cut your grass :^)

I'm well past the point of looking for business opportunities. (looking for the SS check is more fun )

I enjoy keeping the lawn in good shape.....cleaning the mowing deck...not so much.

Garage
I have a Snapper Hi-Vac mower that I salvaged by putting a Honda engine on it many years ago.
I'd tie off the dead man lever, take the bag off it, start it up while standing off to the side, run the engine up then spray water from the hi pressure nozzle on the hose up into the spinning blades. The stuck on grass would exit the shoot by the clumps.
Then I'd get to clean up the street which was easier than cleaning the underside of the mower would have been if doing it by hand.

I too enjoyed mowing my lawn. Now I'd rather go for a bike ride to stay in shape than do the mowing.

^^^ You could push the handle down after starting it and put a rock on it to hold it down. Then the spinning blade would be easy to spray.
(it's prob not in the owners manual)

My JD came with a single wash port in the deck....just doesn't get it done. One blade area is ok...the other two aren't affected.

I also ride every morning....normally 18-22 miles on area roads. This morning, I met friends near GR and we did 12 and then beers. (it was 85 at 11am)
