Yuppers, it's an optical conclusion (LOL). There are three.
The colors that look green and blue are actually the same color, they just look different because of the contrasting colors.

Not exactly - they cheated, a little at least. Look at it zoomed in and you can see that the green sections that appear blue are indeed outlined in blue:

That's the red color bleeding overlapping the border of the green. Might be an accident, might be on porpoise. Who knows?

I was going to say 5, looked like red, orange pink blue and green to me. You're zoom seems to confirm that.

The "blue outline" is an artifact of jpg compression. Doubt it exists in the original file.
