Randomness around So Cal:

At the gas station. Literally driven by a little old (Swiss) lady "to do her weekend shoppings." 100K straight up, original paint. Beautiful in its simplicity.

First white Ferrari I ever saw:

An E30 M would have fender flares. Thats just a 325E. We'd have to find an e30 expert but it may be an M package, I know they did that on some of the newer cars. That or someone just slapped the grill badge on.

MORE random pics......

Tired of looking at the failed clear-coat on the hood of my 95 GMC K1500, I decided to give it a go on repainting. Since we have no garage, I used our 12 x 12 Ezup to make a makeshift paint booth. Wanting filtered airflow to prevent the clear coat mist from setting on the final finish(tomorrow), I built my own filtering system for less than $20. Hey, it's all about the little victories right. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Block it in the morning then base and clear by noon, I hope.

Watching YouTube videos on how to set up spray guns for the paint job I'm doing tomorrow. I crack open a fortune cookie that's been sitting on our counter for six months...

What are the chances?

325e: "e" for "eta", the physical for Energy conversion efficiency
328ci: "c" for Coupe and Cabrio, "i" for Injection
Z3: "Z" for Roadstar (no idea why "Z")
M3: "M" for Motorsport
X3 and iX models: "X" in front is for Off road vehicle, "X" behind is for All wheel drive

The E in front of the model type is for Entwicklungsreihe
