As a rough guess, I'd say the Z axis is about 100x the x and Y. I doubt the western panhandle is 150 miles higher than the eastern part of the state.

Not only Kansas, but every state is flatter than a pancake if reduced to the scale of a pancake.

Most all maps exaggerate the Z axis to show any relief at all.
