One reaction is for folks to move over. The other reaction is for them to slow down to exactly the speed limit, but not move over, so that's not really desirable.

I hope karma deals very harshly with that total D.bag in the van. Let's hope he (or she) gets pulled over 10 times a day and issued speeding tickets plus the local kids toss a stone through one window of their house a week for eternity. OK, so the plane was in the street. There was obviously ample time to stop, swerve and generally not be a complete dick.

i reckon it was staged, because that kid does not look even close to capable of flying an RC biplane, at all.
