Sum People have Asked?

Tabs how do you keep that svelt 320 lb Physique?

Well I'll tell U, I get up early around 9ish head on down an get me some Breakfast...3 eggs over easy, a Chicken Fried Steak covered in Gravy, country fried Potatoes slathered in Gravy, and som Bisquits and Gravy washed down with 3 or 4 cups of coffee.

Now if I'm feelin a might piquish for Lunch I'll have me a plate of 6 or so pieces of Southern Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes. If'n I'm not feelin to hungry I'll just have me a Cheese Burger or 2 with a mess of fries and milk shake... Thats around 2 or so.

About 6 or so I've worked up a mighty appetite and am rarein to head on down to the BO..ffet. Now I'll eat healthy for supper...and start out with a heap of salad drenched with my favorite dressing Blue Cheese an I'll usually include some creamed Herring ifn they got any or pasta salad or the like. Then I go back and get me a plate or two of Shrimp or Krab...I love the Krab in Drawn Butter...ummm nothin better. After I polish off the shrimp I head on over an get a nice chunk 1" thick of Prime Rib with Horseradish sauce, I usually add some mashed potatoes or stuffing here oh an don't forget the Veggies now I gota have some of those. Well for my next trip back through the line I just usually get whatever I'm in the mood for....Itie, Mex, Oriental, or Cajun along with some ribs...I always save room for desert now, a coupla pieces of Banana Cream Pie and some Cheese Cake, Bread Puddin and I always remember to palm a coupla pieces of pastry for my midnight snack while watchin TV.

Now you know I eat on a normal day....

My Psychologist friend told me that the R Gruppe would make a great research project for a Phd or Masters Thesis...On "The Interpersonal and Social Dynamics of Cult Formations" He would know since he is the Assisant Dean who oversees PhD canidates in Psych for a University in So Cal.
