That bend in the steering wheel is from the driver's head. Doesn't look like anyone left that accident on their own two feet. The "crime scene" tape indicates that at least someone will get a toe tag. Brutal.

Yo thats a crazy ass accident he ahd to be going like 150 mph. But hey that is one Bad ass tree, to get hit by a Audi at 100+mph and all it did was blow some bark off... I want that tree

That pic doesn't make much sense...none of the dirt is disturbed (at all), no engine coolent, no oil, etc.
Looks like the wreck was moved to this location for one of those "look what happens when you drink and drink" things, well IMHO thats what I think it is =)

I'm not so sure. The wreckage looks honestly wrapped around those trees. The middle chunk where the first impact happened looks like it really got hit by a car, and the other two pieces look like they really ended up there after getting thrown violently for a ways further. Look at the way the bumper indent on the rear half matches neatly into the tree where it sits. I don't know how to throw a car into a tree and scatter it over a quarter hectare without spilling fluids or scritching up the dirt some, but the telemetry on the three major car parts seems to fit.

How should I know? No sense in me speculating.
I'm just pointing out things that I noticed that struck me as odd...don't you think it's weird that there's not a drop near the engine? And not a scratch on the ground?

Why would they use white sheets to cover a dead body or body parts. Wouldnt they blood and stuff bleed threw a WHITE sheet?

As far as the dirt goes, Its THE WOODS how would you know what it looked like before the accident. Plus its got pine needles all over the ground so its not real thick dirt.

How would you see coolant on that type of Dirt, First off Im sure these pics didnt happen right after the accident, second at that spped I dont think it just dribbled out into a puddle on the ground, Im sure it sprayed out in a fine mist when the engine was thrown.

If you look at the pcs I do notice 3 funny things
1 is that there is no blood any where, inside or out side the car.
2. If you look at the ignition key hole, it looks like somebody jammed something other then the real key in there, Maybe the car was STOLEN?? or maybe it just looks that way because they hit a tree going 150mph
3. How did they hit that tree? If you look at the road in the back ground its STRAIGHT, You would think that if you where gonna hit it you would hit it straight on, how did he get the car to go sooo sideways, maybe a deer, or maybe he was fooling around and pulled the E-brake at 100+ mph.. I dont know.... What do you guys think??

just my observation but the bark on the tree is torn off pretty far up.. was the car in the air when it struck the tree? Hence the reason the gound isn't as disturbed as it should be?

the lack of blood is odd though. he hit that steering wheel pretty hard..

Driver & passenger might've launched and then bled where they landed? Dunno. Force of that impact - a seat belt and / or airbag wouldn't much matter. I'd bet the seats would tear right out of the car.

VW / Audi use a switch blade key and what you see in the picture is the remains of the key minus the remote.

I have been in a car where the seat came out of it. Honda CRX that I was a passenger in was rolled. While the EMT was tending to me the Highway pratrol was asking if I was wearing my seat belt. In a most strained and pained voice I said yes and pointed to the seat laying in the road.

Cracked three vertabrae and my back still gets funky to this day
