Hell, I don't even have a dog in this fight, but I'm on the edge of my seat. The Series may be a disappointment. I think we saw the two best teams in baseball tonight.

Yes, this series made fans of friends of mine who are all Phillies fans...riveting series as of late. Tomorrows game is going to draw quite the viewing audience.
Unfortunatley, the team who wins this may be too wiped out for the world series to follow.

I was convinced that the Sox were going to blow it until about the 2nd out of the 9th inning...
a lasting image I will remember from this game is after the last out, there was a shot of Billy Crystal sitting in his luxury box, looking absolutely dispondent. Then I remembered him saying earlier this year, "The Red Sox will never go through the Yankees to get to the World Series... it's just the way things are." Eat your words, boy. Eat till you're full.
