Wayne Krieger still wins. This thread was about serving the Porsche Community by informing them about a very poor person to perform business with. It is now a frayed bit of the original purpose. Trader 220 has been a productive member of this website for many years....without offering to kick ass and without being a general pest.

Other guy...seems like you are just out to kick ass and be a pest no matter what. I am one that was taken by Wayne Krieger, Born2BFast. This informative thread has now been polluted by your comments about you and you and you and you.

Sorry for getting off topic guys. This forum is a good tool to out the fraud artists who invade our Porsche community. The internet is also filled with tuff guys and sometimes I let the laughs get the better of me and I provoke them for kicks.

I just googled Wayne Krieger because I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to go after this guy, and found this thread. Pretty interesting. About 4 1/2 years ago I had a '65 911 that i wanted to get rid of, had it on Craigslist, and somehow got in contact with Wayne who said he could sell it. Fine, get it out of my garage. The initial buyer didn't work out... a year goes by, then two. I would call occationally so he wouldn't foget, but he did. Anyways, he says he has a 912 that he'll trade. Realizing I wasn't going to get any money out of the guy, I agree, over the phone. A couple more years go by and I call him up to say the deal's off, give me the '65 back. "Well, that car was scraped a couple of years ago." ...really... we'll you better pay me or give me the 912. "I can't pay you because my wife has cancer and that's taken all of our money. The 912 is in storage, and I can't pay the bill to get it out."
So that's where I am now. I'm exploring different avenues in how to approach this. I'll let you guys know.

Krieger is doing business on EBay as "fastclassics" and going by the name RICH KRIEGEN. His "record" goes back into the 80's with various civil and criminal judgements. He has used a variety of alias as well as social security numbers. These are documented in the court records. Surely there must be a Civil Litigator out there that would be able/willing to put an end to this guy???

Wayne Krieger has dropped his "fastclassics" name on EBay and continues to do business as "searspointclassics". Regardless of his record on EBay, all should be very cautious.

Any ideas how to retrieve this car will be greatly appreciated.
are there any legal strategies with a situation as my German friend is in?
there seems to be enough wrongdoing by this tool to justify shutting him down.
