I just got back from running an errand Irvine Ave Was a river close to a foot deep by the Golfcourse. I have never seen that much water there.

Awe....U have to take the good with the bad.....just think of all that home equity you boyz are sitting on.....so why should a little rain bother you....

We have some leaks that only occur in a storm like this. So, do I make those modifications to the house to prevent something that'll happen again in 30 years or just observe it then while sitting in my wheelchair and breathing from the O2 tank? Instead, I could spend the money on the pcar for some instant gratification. Sherwood |

not actually complaining here, just was wanting to discuss exactly how out of the ordinary this weather is for SoCal, since i haven't been here long enough to know. I agree that we are paying for the nice weather, so anyone who does complain is thus entitled.
as of now i'm more upset since I work in malibu and I can't get to work cause the PCH is closed off. (no i don't get paid if i don't show up...self employed) So that sucks for me.....i wonder when the roads will be open again...
