Happy Daddy
Went to my first grade son's school open house the other day. Teacher says he is doing fine. After looking through his work book, I think the teacher under estimates his talent.
Now, to understand how hapy I am you must know that Mom usually takes the kids to school in the minivan. However, I must be doing somthing right because this is what I found in his work book...  Love that Talbot Yellow crayon!

Isn't it amazing what our kids are thinking?
I hope my son thinks about me the way your son obviously sees his Daddy. I watch my 2YO sometimes and just try to figure out what in the heck he has got going on inside his head.

My son just kicked it up a notch. Yesterday, he explained to me while we were driving past a couple of stores, that if I had my radar detector on it would be beeping because, on a store we just past, he just saw doors that open automatically....!

You obviously have 7s and 9s from the size of the wheels on that drawing. Glad to see that you are starting him out right. Don't forget to make oil changes a part of his chores.

My almost 3 year old (in three weeks) likes to go to preschool in the "porsha car". He loves it, cuz his car seat fits in the front, so we get good seat time together. He was a born car nut, hugging the tire display coming out of Costco as soon as he could walk!
