Vote for your favorite F1 team!
Just to clarify:
All results are unscientific and just for fun. Vote for the team you like, not necessarily the one you think will win. Due to me being lazy I'm just listing the constructors so if you like you can identify the team associated with that constructor. Constructors are listed in order they appear on the F1 site.

Huge Red Bull fan, although not competative. I enjoy watching their 4 cars. 2 of which are running detuned 10 cyl. engines.
I am enjoying watching Scott Speed too.

McLaren Mercedes.
McLaren fan from the Niky Lauda days. Mercedes fan from the C12 (and Michael Schumacher) days. And Kimi is just the best driver out there right now! Last edited by 911teo; 03-30-2006 at 12:42 PM.. |

My favorite team is ferrari, my favorite driver is whoever takes out the renaults
![]() Nothing really against them, just the chicken **** FIA that tries to manipulate the rules to favor the french car and tire manufacturers. I really like Kimi, but his own team takes him out so he doesn't count ![]() |

Im keeping my eye on that new kid in the Williams. His old man was pretty fast, and now he set fast lap several times in Bahrain in what is supposedly an "inferior" car.
I had to love the Cosworth engineer's answer to "how will the ban on variable length intake trumpets affect your engine?" "We never had them to begin with..."

Want to see Williams and Montoya do a bit better, as well McLaren.
Anyone beating the Ferrari's, have seen far too much of Shoey and cannot wait until he retires. Rosberg sure seems like a good bit of talent. Its nice to see some competition again instead of the red cars winning every race for years on end. Joe a

I have an emotional attachment to BMW, but their performance with Williams last year and now having bought Sauber is still disappointing. Given the German penchant for doing things properly, I'm hoping they will steadily build their success. Pity that Heidfeld's car blew an engine in Malaysia. You would have thought that BMW would have the engine technology down pat, but noooo.

I've already gotten tired of hearing Scott Speed's name. Shouldn't he go and drive in a circle or something? Not looking forward to non-Speed Channel coverage.

Don't you think in Spain, Alonso gets more coverage? And Fisi in Italy? Its cool to have an American in the field again. I also like how Red Bull came to America and searched for talent. I watched the talent search and followed Speed in the F3000 series. While its the ultimate publicity stunt, its still cool in an American Idol kind of way. Taking a no body and making them a F-1 driver.

Nope, never mind. I am thrilled that because of SS some kids might know what F1 is, and that nascar is just one of many fantastic motor racing facets. -Jeremy

I love F1, absolutely love it.
But I have an issue "cheering" for one team or another, always have. Because they are all so unlikeable ![]() It's like having an entire league made up of Barry Bonds. Very good at what they do, but without a sympathetic bone in their bodies. Who ca relate to any of these prima donnas? ![]() Last year, I decided to be a Toyota fan, since I have a Toyota engine in my Elise, I liked Jarno, and because they were underdogs. Imagine that. One of the biggest companies in the world, underdogs. I guess I'm still with Toyota, but they have gone downhill fast. ![]() |

I'm pretty sure that Toyota's downfall can be directly attributed to being Bush's fault

I've been to the Montreal GP each year for the last seven years, and three US GPs at Indy, but luckily not last year! I gotta get to a race in Europe. I hear Spa is the best, but I would also like Imola. Monaco must be insane. I've driven the course on a scooter
![]() Just made our hotel reservations for the Canadian GP this year! Which reminds me ... we may have 3 or so extra tics this year. We are in Stand 12, right at the Senna corner! (the best seats in the house if you ask me) I just saw some Stand 12 tics go for $875 ea on ebay. Our seats are slightly better, being in Row 25. If anyone is interested in Stand 12, Section 4, Row 25 seats for the Canadian GP, June 23-25, we will sell them for face value once we determine how many are available. $311 US for all three days. PM me if interested. |
