Who Eats Peanuts Shells and All?

I know, stupid question but it has been the talk of the office lately because I guess I am the only guy that eats the whole thing. Mind you, I don't push down a whole bag - but a hand full now and then. Besides, I find the roughage suits me well

I only eat the whole thing if the shell is hard to crack open, or I just had a couple without the shell that weren't salty enough. Eating all with the shell is a bit too salty for me.

Sunflower seed shells too. Never could figure out getting the seed without chewing the jeepers out of the shell too. Just chew them good, or it might get a bit painful if you know what I mean.

If I sit down to eat peanuts I'll eat some shell and all and some I'll "peel".

I've never heard of eating peanut shells, but I do have a clearer understanding of why you got into the lubricant business....

I eat 'em shells and all. Suck all the salt off, and crunch 'em open and mash 'em up. Cleans the colon out good when they pass through.
My wife hates it.

Shells and all.

Hey, if it gets this above the "My Apologies" and "Bounced Check" thread, I'll play.

I've been eating peanuts, shells and all, ever since I was 10 or 12 years old. Trips people out who ohave never seen it before! They DO have to be salted though.

Now, if you want to try something NASTY...come to Georgia and try some boiled peanuts. BLEYECH!!!!

While I do not endorse eating the shells of them boiled jobbers I have had some pretty good ones from road side stands while in Cumming GA - then again that was while doing work at a rendering plant so I guess anything would taste good after spending a few days in a gut plant!
