Technically, he did liberate the people of Afghanistan and Iraq. Whether they stay free is another question. Unfortunately for Iraqis and Afghanis, their successful freedom is your and the Democrat party's failure...You and your lefty comrades fail if and when they succeed.

No, he really is the pin-wheel that he appears to be, at least when it comes to the views that he expresses here. The big difference is that in person he does not spout these beliefs non-stop, (who could w/o attracting the white coats)?, and has more of a sense of humor and tolerance for competing views than displayed online. He'll probably be mad at me for saying this because his online persona is sort of like a pro wrestler shtick and I have pulled off his costume, but he's so damn nice in reality that I feel like defending him some times.

Denis, I respect your opinion, but I'll tell you what ... the Nul I see online would throw my a$$ in jail, throw away the key, and then go meet you for a milk shake like it never happened.

To the extent that I occupied his mind at all in the next 30 or so years, he would only think to himself, "traitor got what he deserved."

Needless to say, it's hard to view him as a fun-loving guy knowing that he's just looking for an opportunity to knock me over the head and drag me off to re-education camp

No, you're absolutely not an extremely limited government proponent. In fact, you've backed the most expansionist government since 1932, and advocate unlimited expansion of it now. You've verbalized your support of a larger government time and again.

pro-laissez faire,
You have advocated, time and again, government controls of business, government welfare, and much more.

That makes it 100%. You're not a Christian of any kind.

I love when lefties speak in absolutes, especially when they are obviously untrue.

You are sliming them to slander Bush. Those involved in public displays of terrorist humiliation (although justified in my mind) were being prosecuted by the military you hate...Your protestations are not founded in morality but in hate. You malevolently pull out the color of moral outrage to paint the terrorists white, and pull out blood red to fling at the American military and intentionally splatter at Bush.

As you do cheerleader kicks you reveal your feminity, your skirt is short and revealing, your pompoms reveal your hysteria, you indirectly and sometimes directly root for the enemy.
Mul
I am no fan of the US military. But this is not about the US military. It is behaving exactly as one would expect it to behave given the latitudes it has been given by its govt. Nor am I condoning terrorism, as much as you would like to be able to skew it that way.

The problem is, the rest of world is having a great deal of difficulty telling the difference between the actions of terrorists and the action of the US govt. Yes, it obscene when a masked man severes a head for the camera. It is calcuated to be that way, to shock, for political purposes. But its no more obscene than a family beiing gunned down at a checkpoint or in their home, then being dismissed by a mickey mouse military investigation.

And when the US govt mandates practices like torture, indefinite confimentment, denial of natural justice, the ROW shakes it collective head and wonders what concepts such as those noble sentiments expresseed in the Declaration of Indepence actually mean.

So while you may be able to morally exculpate yourself from this Mul, I have higher opinion of the basic decency of the American people.

And if you want to call me a cu-nt, old man, have the nuts to come out and do it.

So you're implying that our military deliberately murders children rather than it being an accident, and you equate this accident to those who slit throats and decapitate helpless human beings.

You are disgusting.

Your imperious morality only underlines your naivety. Shall we get into a slanging match about incidents involving the US military, perhaps starting with the shooting down of the Iranian Air Flight 655 by the USS Vincennes, killing 290 passengers while the ship was was 4miles inside Iranian waters, against orders? For which the Vincennes Captain Will Rogers (oh the irony) was decorated?

http://www.historychannel.com/exhibits/military_blunders/mb_iasd.html

Or refer to the article that was posted earlier in this thread. It goes on and on and on.

Incompetence or deliberate-is anyone any any less dead? But that is not the topic of this thread.

If you are all so committed to changing the way goverment is run and the military policy is formulated get off this ******* BB and get out into your communities and really get to the meat of changing peoples minds because it ain't happening here. This is just a tragic comedy of selfserving BS from both extremes.

If you were my neighbors I'd move out of the state. Come to think of it, that's why I live way in the country.

Dropping bombs on homes that might have had Saddam Hussein in them is no accident.

Anytime a bombing target is scheduled that has a chance of "collateral damage", and those are almost always known, there is a choice, it's no accidental killing.

To repeat, collateral damage isn't accidental.
